Admit it or Deny it?
ADMIT IT!
The Armenian Genocide did occur and it was the Turkish that attacked the Armenian Nation. We should acknowledge that it occurred. If we do, yes our government will be kicked out of Turkey. Yes, the Iraqians will be able to gain power over the Turks. If they do decide to invade and control Turkey then let them. The Turks started this all in the first place. They killed 1.5 MILLION Armenians, the Armenian Genocide, in 1915 and then in 1939 Adolf Hitler took their plans as a template and killed 6 MILLION Jews in Germany, the Holocaust. The Turkish started this all and had followers. They are still DENYING the fact that it did occur.
I think you're on the right side of this argument personally, I think it's hypocritical of us to allow a nation to deny something like what happened in Turkey, regardless of the political fallout. Good point!
